This class blends elements of

to give you a one of a kind fun workout set to fun upbeat music!! 🎶

 

All ages and levels are welcome in this 45 minute low-impact workout session!

 

This class will help with:

  • Core strength and flexibility

  • Lean/toned balanced muscle development

  • Limiting pain and improving joint functions
