Ages 2.5 - 5


This is an hour long program consisting of a 30 minute ballet class and 30 minutes of a fun introduction to basic stretching, acro, and creative movement. Students will develop rhythm, coordination, listening, memory, imagination and social skills in a friendly encouraging environment.

Our "boys only" classes are specifically geared toward creating an environment where boys feel comfortable and excited to experience the fun of dance! We are happy to offer a class in any style if we get enough interest!

Ages 4-18


Jazz is an upbeat class full of rhythm, style, technique, and athleticism. Dancers will improve musicality, coordination, and confidence, increasing flexibility and strength while learning age appropriate stylization.


Ages 4-18


 Tap focuses on rhythms and patterns in footwork through proper technique, as well as personal style and producing clear sounds. Classes include a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Center and across the floor exercises focus on coordination and movement agility. As students progress through each level, technique will become increasingly more challenging and intricate.


Ages 4-18


Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms and will maximize technique and longevity in a career of dance. It provides grace, poise, and technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, balance, and self-discipline. Students will learn classical and contemporary ballet techniques, learn terminology, and apply it to a fun recital routine.


Ages 4-18


Hip Hop is a stylized form of dance that is paired with music that is popular and upbeat. It incorporates a variety of old and new styles, grooves (exploring the music and movement with the dancers own individual style) as well as improvisation. Hip hop dancing is very dynamic and helps the dancers develop body balance, coordination, and confidence.


 Ages 4 -18


Beginner, Intermediate, & Advances levels available.

Classes focus on building strength and flexibilty needed to do basic acrobatic skills (such as handstands, walkovers, chin stands, chest rolls) and basic tumbling tricks (back handsprings, aerials, partner tricks). Skills/tricks are introduced as students are ready at an individual level for the safety of the students.

Ages 8 -18


This class is a mix of ballet, jazz, and contemporary movement that challenges dancers to use choreography to interpret music and express emotion. Focus will be on technique as well as expressiveness through the use of combinations and improvisation.

*Students must be enrolled in Ballet in order to register for this class. 


Ages 8-18


Led by a dedicated team of instructors, this class will have you on your feet in no time. Many of our dancers love taking this class, as it gives them the opportunity to learn new movements and easily showcase their talent. Interested in learning more? Ages 9-18


Musical Theatre is the fusion of singing, dancing, and acting with performance on stage. Classes include breathing and singing technique practice, acting and improvisation activities, as well as dance technique and performance.  Exercises focus on increasing confidence, stage personality, and overall performance.

*Recommended for students interested in auditioning for the middle school or high school musicals!


Ages 10 -18


Readiness for pointe work is determined by each student’s strength and physical development, not by their age. Pre-Pointe and Beginner Pointe are prerequisites for Pointe class. Pre-Pointe will focus on core strength, turn-out, alignment, balance, and foot, calf, and ankle strength. The instructor will advise parents when a student has the necessary strength and maturity to go get pointe shoes. Students will move on to Beginner Pointe and work en pointe at the barre slowly building their strength and confidence in pointe shoes. With permission of the teacher, students will progress to Pointe when they are strong enough to work in the center without the aid of the barre.

Ages 10-18


Fun exercises are learned to upbeat and inspiring music, designed to really energize the student to reach their personal best. The class will incorporate the use of props (balance balls, stretch bands, etc.) to aid improvement as well as keep the class fun and interesting each week! They will learn many effective stretching techniques that will produce results quickly if used on a regular basis. The class is guaranteed to  improve each student's personal level of cardiovascular endurance, strength,  and flexibility.


Ages 10-18


This class helps build dance vocabulary, improve existing skills and advanced technique as a supplement to ballet, jazz, and lyrical classes. Dancers will improve balance, flexibility, body alignment, strength, stamina and agility with a strong emphasis on proper execution. No choreography is taught in this class, though short combos might be used to link skills together. 

*Recommended for any dancer interested in trying out for their high school dance team!


Ages 9+


This class is a favorite among many of our students! It gives dancers the opportunity to explore a different dance style each week in a unique setting from their regular dance classes. It’s a great way to challenge their ability to pick up choreography quickly and work on building their performance skills. Want to find out more? Get in touch with us today!


Ages 8+


Zumba® Fitness takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® classes are often called exercise in disguise.  You’ll get a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class!

Get a workout for your body and your mind! Class will utilize breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, for health and relaxation.

We don't leave all the fun to the kids here! When we get enough interest, we are happy to offer adult classes in any and every style! Whether you want to try something new (it's NEVER too late to start!), you want to get a great workout through dancing, or you are looking to expand your skills and learn a dance/perform in our annual recital (and show your kids how it's done!) - we guarantee a good time!
