This class is for any dancer age 8+ who wants to keep up their training throughout the whole summer! 

*We highly recommend dancers wishing to take the technique class also take the conditioning class so they are extremely warmed up and prepared to utilize the full hour of jumps, leaps & turns. Dancers who do not attend conditioning are required to arrive early and warm up on properly on their own. 


30 Minute Conditioning Class:

This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. The class is driven by the music which makes it a great supplemental class for dancers!!

60 Minute Technique Class:

This class is for those who want to continue  improving their technique throughout the summer. This class will focus on the proper execution of basic to advanced leaps, turns, and jumps.  Dancers will focus on improving balance, flexibility, body alignment, and strength.
